Well I have had an exciting few weeks. So after about 6 months there is something worth mentioning.

Firstly I have placed a new section in the gallery for pictures from 'The Pointy Field Faust Festival'. This is a great little festival a stones throw from Bournemouth run by a friend of a friend. It's a beautiful setting and has the best crew I have come across. Many thanks to Arthur (and the rest of the team) for organising a great event. It also holds the record for the most civilised toilet in outdoor festival history!

Shortly afterwards I took a trip up north to Newcastle to have a bash at Aqua Zorbing. This was the silliest thing I have done in a while. It's not scary, just wet, cold and silly. This was a wedding present for Richard and Sarah, bought by Ness and Rossi, I just came along for the ride! Again, a few pictures are in the gallery. There should have been more, but my batteries ran out.

Also just a mention for the fantastic Leeds Rhinos who were victorious in this years Super League Grand Final against Saint Helens. Defence seemed to be the key in wet conditions, and the Rhinos deserved the trophy. Final Score 24-16. History is made.

Finally, I'm involved once again in the Ilkley Literature Festival. Current highlights are Barry Cryer, Graeme Garden and Simon Simon Hoggart. But my favourite so far is the legendary Rick Wakeman who is the nicest guy you could ever wish to meet. Best of luck with Celebrity Mastermind Rick!
