£80 bin day?

Can you rely on your bin people? Sometimes mine come on a Wednesday, and sometimes on the Thursday. New council laws mean that the same council that provides this unreliable service can now also fine you for your bin being out on the wrong day. An Â£80 fixed penalty fine for leaving your bin out on the street! I bet the new bin police are self financed as well...
