I've been really slack. I know it, and I'm sorry.I have been very busy though the last few months. Back in August I ended up working back stage at the Leeds Festival. I worked in a team of people doing everything from filling fridges with beer and delivering tables, to driving headline acts to and around site. It's really very odd to be booed by 40,000 Bloc Party fans. It was a very hard but enjoyable (in the main) ten days.
The Ilkley Literature festival has once again been and gone. Highlights include Jo Brand, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Vic Reeves. Like the Leeds festival, it was a very busy few weeks, but lots of fun.
A few pictures from both events can be found in the galleries.
Finally, I've ended up with a new motorbike and car in the last three weeks. I'm now a proud owner of a BMW F650GS and a Skoda Fabia 1.9TDI Sport. And no, there is nothing wrong with owning a BMW.
